Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You need to provide a proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Please Note: Certain items, such as books that have been marked as non-returnable or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number
    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • A brief reason for the return
    • A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Shipping the Return: Please ship the product to the address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

We will either issue a full refund, provide an exchange, or send a replacement item at no extra charge.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items
